How to use your DIARY/PLANNER to BREAK THE COMFORT ZONE!!



Hi everyone! In this video we discuss using the diary for comfort-zone breaking. Basically, we want to be writing down weekly 'Non-negotiable goals'. I write these over Sunday's position, or just underneath. These are your 'massive action goals' that you need to be accomplishing. Massive Action implies these goals are outside your comfort zone. You get to them by thinking of even harder goals that you REALLY don't want to be doing. Then the massive action goals seem easy!



Then you want to be writing down a daily achievement or goal that you need to be accomplishing. Use adrenaline to BREAK out of that comfort zone. That makes a fun life, rather than an ordinary one!



What a powerful tool, a diary/planner can be!
